Inspiring girls and women to discover who they are — and whose they are.
Allison Smith Ministries is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring, educating, and motivating girls and women to discover, understand, reach, and maximize their God-given potential.
Founded by Dr. Allison Smith, a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major with twenty-seven years of service, the ministry reflects her lifelong devotion to serving others. She led thousands of soldiers, including at the installation level in a combat environment, and continued her service in the federal government at executive-equivalent levels — leading human capital, human resources, and management organizations.
A public servant at heart, this ministry was birthed from her personal journey. After experiencing low self-esteem as a child due to bullying, which later led to poor decisions and imposter syndrome, Dr. Smith turned to her faith in Christ and discovered her purpose: to help women and girls overcome similar challenges and walk confidently in who they are created to be.
Dr. Smith holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and is an expert in leadership and administration, with research focused on the representation of women in male-dominated environments. Through conferences, workshops, coaching, and mentoring, Allison Smith Ministries equips women and girls in areas such as personal growth, career development, finances, and faith.
